The Windows Task Manager is extremely limited in how it displays users information, what exactly it displays and provides very basic information about what is running on your system. eXtended Task Manager (XTM) gives much more detailed information regarding your system and gives users the options and information required to make proper optimizations to the PC and to know what to uninstall.
eXtended Task Manager gives details about memory allocation and usage, resource usage, CPU cycles and much more. It also gives users an insight into the various threads a program is running and can free up much-needed and precious system resources which would have otherwise been undetected by the plain, old Windows Task Manager.
XTM works wonders and is a great alternative and/or replacement of the Windows Task Manager.Features and highlights
